Training Options

Training plans will be developed for the distance you are registered for at time of purchase.
If you change your distance, revised training plans will not be guaranteed.

One on One

Looking to add a little extra something to your training? Maybe you want to improve your time or just have a better training experience?

Then we have the program just for you! Led by certified running coaches, we’ll work with you to put together a training program to fit your ability level and your lifestyle.

We’ll also provide tricks and tips for training and race day, as well as guidance through the whole training process, all for only $250.00.

We WANT you to succeed and meet your goals–and we can help!

Half Marathon

No matter what your experience, goals or reasons, everyone can benefit from being held accountable and some proper training. 

RRCA Certified Running Coach and experienced runner, Terri Bodden will be leading a half marathon training program this summer.  The program starts July 8th and aligns with the Milwaukee Lakefront Half Marathon on October 1st.

Each level receives a 12 week written plan, meets on the weekends for long runs and Tuesday evenings for track and strength work.   

Cost to participate is $55 which includes the plan, the training dates and a team training singlet.

Build up Runs

Free Weekly Runs
The Build Up consists of 12 weeks of supported runs starting with 6 miles and building up to 22 miles. The runs have Aid Stations every 3-4 miles and Water and Gatorade; GUs are provided for distances over 16 miles. Our participants range in pace from 6 minute up to 15 minutes plus per mile. They range in experience from newbies to 100 marathons completed (and more). Everybody is welcome no matter what marathon you plan to run (or half, or whatever).
