    Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon

    WEEKLY BUILD-UP RUNS

    WEEKLY RUNS BEGIN  JUNE 25th!

    The Lakefront Marathon build-up runs take place on Saturday or Sunday mornings at various locations in Milwaukee County beginning with a 6-mile distance on June 25, 2022. This FREE program, is one of the most powerful and motivational training programs you can take advantage of.  Supported aid stations are several miles apart so no need to bring your own, get a refill and practice your nutrition.  Join hundreds of other runners at this “run at your own pace” opportunity and then stick around afterwards for snacks/refreshments as you meet other runners, talk to a PT about any physical ailments and just feel good about how you started your morning.

    There is NO COST to join but there will be a “free will” jar if so inclined.  So, no excuses…join us!

    2022 LAKEFRONT MARATHON OR HALF MARATHON ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

    LIMITED TO 15 RUNNERS

    Looking to add a little extra something to your training? Maybe you want to improve your time or just have a better training experience? Then we have the program just for you! Led by certified running coaches, we’ll work with you to put together a training program to fit your ability level and your lifestyle. We’ll also provide tricks and tips for training and race day, as well as guidance through the whole training process, all for only $150.00, a fraction of other professional plans.  We WANT you to succeed and meet your goals–and we can help!
